Hi! I’m Savannah. I am a certified and licensed Cosmetic Tattoo Artist specializing in permanent makeup such as eyebrows and freckles as well as 3D and corrective areola tattooing. Libra Moon is an appointment only woman owned studio. On this site, you’ll be able to book a consultation on a Wednesday only. A consultation must be completed before a brow service can be booked, after the consultation you’ll be able to book your appointment with a $100 deposit.

Cancellation Policy
